2 Splashes Blue Curacao
1 cup Ice
4 Lemon Twist
4 Orange Peel
12.0 oz. Vodka

Chill martini glasses in freezer for 1 hour. In shaker,add vodka, curacao, and ice. Stir mixture 40 times with long bar spoon. Strain liquid into each glass. Garnish each martini with both orange and lemon twists.
