1/2 oz. (15 ml) Lime Juice
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Heather Honey
Boiling Water
2 oz. (6 cl) Scotch
1 oz. (3 cl) DrambuieŽ

Recipe: |
|
Pur lime juice and honey into a heat-proof mug, add a little boiling water, and stir until honey is dissolved. Add scotch. Warm Drambuie in a small ladle, ignite, and pour blazing into mug. Fill with boiling water and stir.
