2 tsp. (7.5 ml) Blue Curacao
1 tbs. (15 ml) Cognac
2 tsp. (7.5 ml) Sugar
1 Pink Dry Sparkling White Wine
0.5 tsp. (5 ml) Pernod

Recipe: |
|
Coat the inside of a glass with Pernod. Add cognac. Combine sugar and curacao in a small bowl until sugar dissolves. Add this mixture to the glass and stir. Add ice and top off with chilled pink sparkling wine.
