1 1/4 oz. (3.5 cl) Captain Morgan's Spiced RumŽ
Lime
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Sweet & Sour mix
1/2 oz. (15 ml) Simple Syrup
3 mint leaves

Squeeze lime and drop shell into 14 oz. glass. Add 1 mint leaf. Add shave ice and remaining ingredients, except mint. Stir until glass is frosty. Garnish with remaining mint leaves.
