Ingredients: |
2 oz. (6 cl) Passion-fruit liqueur
10 tbs. (15 cl) Ice Cream
0.5 oz. (15 ml) Jose CuervoŽ Tequila
1 oz. (3 cl) Vodka
0.5 oz. (15 ml) Rum
2 tbs. (3 cl) Simple Syrup
1 oz. (3 cl) Sweet Vermouth
3 Tblsps (3 tblsps) Grenadine

Mix all into a shaker and shake till the ice cream melts and the mixture becomes creamy, there is not enough space so can add 3 Tbs of grenadine also. Layer it into a shot glass with whiskey on top: The proportions are by estimate, so can try diff ratio, pls contact me for better varions if any, Gekko@ajiang.com
