1 oz. (3 cl) Rum
1 oz. (3 cl) KahluaŽ
4 oz. (12 cl) Coffee
1 oz. (3 cl) Cream
0.5 tsp. (5 ml) Sugar
1 Scoop (12 cl) Ice Cream

Recipe: |

Shake all ingredients but ice cream with cracked ice. Strain into tall glass or 12-oz. goblet. Top with ice cream. Serve with straws and long-handled spoon.
