Ingredients: |
1 oz. (3 cl) Brandy
2 oz. (6 cl) Champagne
0.5 oz. (15 ml) Sweet & Sour mix

Recipe: |
|
Pour Brandy and Sweet and Sour Mix into shaker. Fill a Collins glass almost full of ice cubes, and dump ice into shaker. Shake well and pour drink into Collins glass. Add Champagne, stir well, garnish with a Lemon slice, and serve.
