5 Lbs. (5 lbs.) Sugar
2 Lbs. (2 lbs.) Raisins
2 Quarts (192 cl) Barley
2 oz. (6 cl) Olive Oil

Recipe: |
|
Combine in a large wooden cask; stir well. Seal and allow to ferment. When ready, strain off into another cask to age.
