1/2 oz. Dry (15 ml Dry) Vermouth
1/2 tsp. (5 ml) Triple Sec
1 tbs. (15 ml) Orange Juice
1/4 tsp. Powdered (5 ml Powdered) Sugar
Twist of peel of Lemon

Shake all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
