1/2 oz. (15 ml) Rum
1/2 oz. Apricot (15 ml Apricot) Brandy
1 oz. (3 cl) Pineapple Juice
1 oz. (3 cl) Cream
1 oz. Crushed (3 cl Crushed) Pineapple

Recipe: |

Blend all ingredients with 1 cup crushed ice in an electric blender at a high speed for 5 seconds. Pour into a champagne flute and serve.
