1 oz. Apricot (3 cl Apricot) Brandy
1 1/4 oz. Light (3.5 cl Light) Rum
1/4 tsp. (5 ml) Triple Sec
1 tbs. (15 ml) Lime Juice
1 Egg White
1 slice (1 slice) Orange

Shake all ingredients (except orange slice) with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add the orange slice and serve.
