1 1/2 oz. (4.5 cl) Jose CuervoŽ Tequila
1/2 oz. (15 ml) GallianoŽ
4 oz. (12 cl) Mexican Hot Chocolate
2 oz. (6 cl) Heavy Cream

Pour the tequila, Galliano, and hot chocolate into an Irish coffee glass. Stir well. Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top of the drink.
